Completed in 2026, this project came together despite challenging conditions, with periods of extreme weather testing progress along the way. Entering through the striking Boundaryline gates, a long, carefully framed approach leads the eye toward formal planting and a beautifully established native area, thoughtfully positioned to be enjoyed both outdoors and from within the home through a central hallway window. The landscape enhances the impressive scale of the property, while the contrast between black iron detailing, warm cedar, and lush greenery creates a bold yet refined visual statement.
A raised deck extending along much of the home creates seamless connection between interior living and the outdoors, opening into a generous space designed for entertaining and everyday enjoyment. From significant earthworks and large-scale soil placement to the careful positioning of every board, feature, and planting element, this was a project built with craftsmanship, attention to detail, and genuine pride in the finished result.
